All of our pricing includes free ground shipping via UPS or FedEx with fast handling times. Snow doesn't stick around forever so we ship quick!

Online orders ship same-day if placed before 2:30PM MST Monday through Friday and 12:00PM MST Saturday.

Express shipping has the same cut-off times, and will be delivered via FedEx Express, which is 1-2 days delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information. 

Yes! Absolutely, we do have to add $20 for shipping to Canada to cover the increased shipping costs. Shipping is either UPS or FedEx standard, and you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email within 24 hours of ordering. 

You can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 days, depending on customs clearance.

You will learn from folks who have used all the brands. You will quickly see our customers are more passionate, and snowshoeing on Northern Lites is a whole new sport!

You can buy directly from this website and we will ship within one business day. Try them for up to 30 days and if not completely satisfied you can ship them back for a full refund (we'll even reimburse any return shipping costs!)

When you look at the snowshoes, you will notice that the binding straps have metal buckles on one side and plastic buckles on the other side.  The metal goes to the outside of your foot.  So if the metal buckles are on the right side, that's the right snowshoe.  If they are on the left side, that's the left snowshoe. 

We always offer 90 day returns if the product is unused.  If it is snowshoes and you have tried them but are not satisfied, you can return them within 30 days of receiving for a full refund and we will also reimburse any shipping costs you incur returning them.
